Reflection period & Returns

It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or perhaps there is another reason why you do not want the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to return your order within 14 days after receipt without giving a reason.

You will then be credited with the full order amount excluding shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs amount to approximately 7.95 per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates.
To exercise this right, you can print out your order or put a paper note with your name and order number and return the items together to:

We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of receipt of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

IMPORTANT: Returns received outside the 14 day return period will not be accepted and will not be resent to sender.

We do not offer a warranty on clothing that has been worn, including clothing that has lint caused by body friction.

FINAL SALE items can be returned.

RECEIVED RETURNS

All returned items will be inspected before an exchange/store credit/refund can be processed. Please make sure the item is in new, unworn, unwashed condition with tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns showing signs of wear.

Items eligible for return must be returned in the original plastic packaging to qualify for store credit. Ineligible items or items returned without proper packaging will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.

Any item returned to our location (including but not limited to an insufficient or incorrect address entered by the customer during checkout) will not be re-shipped to the customer under any circumstances. These items will be treated as a return for a full refund less shipping charges.

DEADLINES

Please ensure you report any issues within the respective deadlines:

Damaged: Within 7 days after the package is marked as delivered

Defect: within 7 days after the package is marked as delivered

Wrong items: within 7 days after the package is marked as delivered

Missing Items: Within 7 days after the package is marked as delivered

DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED ITEMS

If you wish to exchange an item because it is damaged/defective or because the wrong item was sent to you, please contact customer service at info@mowifit.nl within 7 days of receiving the package for authorization. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully investigate it and notify you by email within 2-3 business days whether you are entitled to a replacement due to the defect or damage.

If you are entitled to a replacement item due to a defect or damage, we will replace the product, subject to inventory, within a reasonable time. If the replacement item is not available, you will receive a full refund.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

Price adjustments are not possible for any purchase.

CHANGES/CANCELLATION POLICY

No changes will be made once an order has been placed.

Due to the pace of our operations, we are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed.

All cancellation requests must be received within 24 hours of placing your order. Before completing your purchase, please ensure that you have selected the correct size and color of your items.

EXCHANGE PRODUCT?

Do you want to exchange your product? Then it is best if you return the product and place a new order with the new product, this because of the limited stock!

I PROVIDED THE INCORRECT ADDRESS!

Accidentally provided an incorrect delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will then try to change the order for you.
